There is a 5-day waiting period for all accidents and a 14-day waiting period for all illnesses. There is a 6-month waiting period for all knee-related conditions.
Health Examination
If (name of the pet) has not had a vet exam in the prior 12 months, to help promote general health, we recommend you take your pet for an annual health exam.

The OSLO Pet Cloud is your one-stop destination to manage your pet's policy. Just log in with the registered email id to get started.
Your Pet Tag
Do not forget to upload and register your unique Oslo pet tag along with the welcome kit that you will receive via mail in about 7-10 business days.
